Representing the international retailer as design and planning leader for 80-100 projects annually for US / Canadian locations, I oversaw execution of multiple freestanding and tenant fit-outs with site budgets ranging from $100K-$2M. Through collaboration with real estate, developers, landlords, legal, and construction teams, viability analysis and development 20+ new sites were completed annually.  80 locations per year were renovated or expanded in concert with in-house operations, construction and consultant architects and engineers.  Responsibility encompassed scope and budget assessment, presentations securing executive and civic review board approvals, review of construction documents and soft cost approval.
