Improvements planned for Timberland's Boston flagship store on Newbury Street, Boston, MA, included renovations that more fully expressed the brand's aesthetic, enhanced visibility into the sales area and enhanced sales.  The proposed infill illustrated raising the existing entry to street level and replacement of the storefront. As project designer, the rendering was completed in order to secure approval from the Back Bay Architectural Commission.
