In my role as Architectural & Engineering Project Manager, I oversaw development of ground up, new sites and renovations of existing facilities encompassing a range of building types within the CVS portfolio.  I led internal CVS Stakeholders through Programming, Scheduling, Layout, Design and Construction phases in consultation with multiple architectural and civil engineering firms capable of supporting the quantity and complexity of sites across the US and Puerto Rico.
CVS Retail Pharmacies  Managing the assessment and development of new sites I led coordination efforts with civil, architectural, real estate, AHJ authorities, state pharmacy board submittals, applying CVS prototypical or non-prototypical building types as well as successful rollouts of 100+ locations / YR strategic market program initiatives of Health Hubs, Minute Clinics, Audiology, Optometry, Dental, Beauty, Pharmacy expansions, Stockroom safety and ADA upgrades for existing retail locations.
Target CVS pharmacies As primary design liaison with the Target corporate team and consultant architectural teams, I was able to strengthen communication between Target and CVS, develop CVS prototypical standards and documents in order to execute 50+ / YR new, renovation or relocation sites.
CVS Specialty CarePlus Pharmacies Assisting in defining a specialty pharmacy business with mail-order and call center requirements, we developed and defined standards to support and grow this business entity with 20 sites / YR.
CVS Ymas and Navarro Through team efforts within CVS, we managed execution of specialized Hispanic and Cuban markets in CA, FL & PR. In addition to specific internal standards, many sites accommodated fire suppression, emergency back-up and water storage systems.
