As part of the project management team for this $55M project, I managed early land use, entitlements and coordination with civil and environmental engineering consultants.  Through the design process, I led Owner, design and consultant engineering teams to identify and make decisions to achieve LEED standards, ETO (Energy Trust Oregon) incentives as well as early space planning.
